PURPOSE: A system for evaluating speaking ability is provided to transmit and store an answer file composed of a motion picture and sound, and then to allow an estimator to grade a plurality of answers at the same time. CONSTITUTION: An evaluation server receives a request for an answer list of a data of examination from an evaluation member(S2001), extracts questions corresponding to the date of examination and the evaluation member from a question data base and answer files of each questions from an answer/record data base(S2003). If a request for evaluating an answer to a specific question is received(S2005), the server transmits an answer file corresponding to the specific question to the evaluation member(S2007). If a grades that the evaluation member grades the answer file is received(S2009), the server stores the grades as a record of an applicant who sent the answer in the answer/record data base(S2011). The server decides whether or not a request for evaluation on next answer file is received(S2005) and ends evaluation process in case the request is not received any longer.
