PURPOSE: A fabric form repairing the local scour and preventing the erosion of a bridge and a construction method of the fabric form are provided to prevent the scour and to repair by using a fabric form while concrete mortar, sand and soil are poured into the inside of the fabric form. CONSTITUTION: A construction method comprises three steps. In the first step, a fabric form(1) for repairing scoured parts is placed in a scour area around an underwater structure such as a pier(22), a pier base, and etc. In the second step, un-solidified mortar or sand and soil are poured into an injection port(12) of the fabric form. In the third step, a fabric concrete bag is formed by the poured materials.
