PURPOSE: An on-line learning method using a video system for checking students' attendance, managing and estimating a learning course and guiding students in main subjects, and a moving picture are provided to enable a learner to take an interest in learning by simultaneously providing a moving picture window of an instructor and a text of a web server connected with a database server. CONSTITUTION: A user connects to a web server(A2) and performs a login. The user receives data from a streaming server(A4). The user has to pass through a test(A5). After the test, a VOD class is completed(A6, A7). A system judges whether a result of the test is less than standard grades(A8). The user has the learning looked over and corrected on line(A9). The class of the day is completed(A10).
