The learning method about the phonetic transcription of American EnglishAHD for Ural-Altaic peoples

PURPOSE: A study method on American English phonetic transcription for the Ural-Altaic is provided which correctly and satisfactorily performs conversation with Americans by changing pronunciation transcription system into AHD transcription method and learning AHD pronunciation when the Ural-Altaic study on American English. CONSTITUTION: The study method on American English phonetic transcription for the Ural-Altaic comprises the steps of phonetic transcribing all English words together with the phonetic chart of new AHD (The American Heritage Dictionary) English consonants into an AHD system in which the Ural-Altaic, Korean, have likeness of the phonetic pronunciation, and American English pronunciation is easily learned in American English phonetic transcription formation of the Ural-Altaic; and learning the phonetic transcription formation of the new AHD English consonants as well as natural voice sounds.
