This speech-to-text conversion aid system comprises: an aid group terminal (2) which transmits first relationship information including an identifier of a user terminal (3) used by a user that wants to receive aid in converting speech information into text information, and indicating that the user belongs to an aid group; an aid giver terminal (4) which transmits second relationship information indicating that the user terminal (3) and the aid giver terminal have a receiver-giver relationship; and a server (1) which registers, on a list, aid giver terminals for each user terminal on the basis of the first and the second relationship information received via a network. When there is an aid request from the user terminal (3), the server (1) transfers the aid request to a plurality of aid giver terminals specified by the list, and communicably connects the aid giver terminal (4) capable of giving aid to the user terminal (3) via the network, and the aid giver terminal (4) outputs speech from speech data received from the user terminal (3), and transmits, to the user terminal (3), information of text inputted with respect to the speech.
