METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THICK MOTHER-OF-PEARL SHEET MADE FROM TRANSPARENT SYNTHETIC RESIN EMBEDDED THIN MOTHER-OF-PEARL SHEET CHIPS THEREIN AND STRINGED INSTRUMENTS USING ORNAMENTAL WORKPIECE MADE FROM THE THICK MOTHER-OF-PEARL SHEET

摘要

PURPOSE: A plate mother-of-pearl seat by mixing a film mother-of-pearl chip and transparent liquid plastics and a string instrument by applying decorative patterns gained by cutting the plate mother-of-pearl seat are provided to supply a cheap plate mother-of-pearl seat for gaining useful mother-of-pearl patterns by using pieces of a film mother-of-pearl seat and to process the cutting surface superiorly in laser cutting. CONSTITUTION: In the plate mother-of-pearl seat by mixing the film mother-of-pearl chip and transparent liquid plastics and the string instrument by applying decorative patterns gained by cutting the plate mother-of-pearl seat, mother-of-pearl seat chips and plastics are included. The thickness of the mother-of-pearl seat chips is 0.2mm-0.5mm and the chips are mixed with transparent liquid plastics, for example, transparent acrylic, transparent epoxy or transparent polyester resin and are formed as the board with the thickness of 0.5mm-3mm and are hardened. The rainbow colors of the chips are showed on the outside as they are.
