BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to the development of biomarkers for the diagnosis of marine pollution through the analysis of enzymes present in the flounder, using the flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus) widely inhabiting the coast as a benthic species.;The present invention provides a basic data for establishing a countermeasure against pollution of marine ecosystems, and to develop a marine pollution diagnosis method for the stable supply of marine products not contaminated by the pollution prevention of coastal fisheries and farmed fisheries. To achieve this goal, the analysis of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in serum, which is known to increase due to the outflow of blood at the time of lesions of the living body as a biochemical indicator of marine pollution, has been spotlighted as a contamination indicator present in brain tissue.
