PURPOSE: A wrapping paper rotational supplier of a liquid packing device is provided to seal or discharge liquid by rotating packing paper with a specific angle and to conveniently install by simplifying structure. CONSTITUTION: A wrapping paper rotational supplying device of a liquid packer comprises a base plate(11) mounted on a lower portion of a case; a cam(22) installed on a middle upper portion of the base plate; a rotational shaft(35) arranged in the middle of the cam; a square rotational plate(41) mounted on the rotational shaft; a fixing bolt(42) connected to a lower portion of the rotational shaft; a pinion gear(32) geared with a worm gear(33a); a supporting bar(44) inserted to a through hole(43a) of a supporting block(43); and a support(45) mounted on a front side of the supporting block; and a fixing bar(48) vertically combined to a rear portion(44a) of the supporting bar. Thereby, the wrapping paper rotational supplying device seals or discharges the liquid by rotating packing paper with a specific angle.
