PARTIAL FOAMING METHOD OF INNER PANEL FOR CAR AND LOWER PART FOAMING MOLD OF APPARATUS THEREOF

PURPOSE: A partial foaming method of inner panel for car and foaming mold is provided to reduce a duplicate process and a defective product by simply forming the inner panel, and to also reduce the labor and the waste of time and material. CONSTITUTION: In manufacturing an inner panel of a car by coupling a rear panel integrating a rear core layer with a rear skin layer(12), and a front panel with a foam layer(18), the step manufacturing a unity core layer(20) integrates the rear core layer with a front core layer of the front panel by injection molding. The step integrating skin layer integrates the unity core layer with the rear skin layer at a molding machine for the skin layer. The step manufacturing a front skin layer(17) manufactures the front skin layer forming the foam layer on the unity core layer at the molding machine. The step combining skin layer combines the unity core layer with the upper part of the front skin layer after the front skin layer stays in a foaming mold(45) for lower part, and a foaming solution(18a) is coated in the front skin layer. The step forming the foam layer forms the foam layer by foaming the foaming solution coated in the front skin layer. Also, in the foaming mold for lower part completing the inner panel of a car by coupling the front skin layer with the unity core layer and by partially foaming, many supporting pieces are vertically mounted on the peripheral part, staying the front skin layer, of the foaming mold for lower part.
