The integrated lamp has a lamp head (10) fitted to a hollow hoop (12) containing the lamp leads, so that it projects through an elongate opening (24) in one wall of the hoop . The lamp head is screwed or riveted to the hoop, with the screw or rivet passed through the elongate opening and inserted through the opposing wall of the hoop, the lamp leads fed through the opening on either side of the screw or rivet.
