A receiving container(1) is additionally fitted over the filling chute(7) and conforms to the chute's diameter. The bottom surface of the container is formed as a grate(2) with cross members(3) mounted in one direction. Counteracting and relatively offset breaking knives(4) are provided in the direct proximity of the grate and are mounted on two shafts(5,6) installing side by side in the horizontal plane and at right angles to the cross members of the grate. The breaking knives reach into the spaces between the cross members. A one-piece friction disc(8) is located over the base of the filling chute and has upwards orientated blades(9) or cams acting as friction and centrifugal action tools.
