SUBSTANCE: method includes measuring melting temperature of supramolecular structure of samples of a series of products being examined and setting reference temperature values that should be below minimum melting temperature of mentioned structure. Further, specific Gibbs function value for supramolecular structure formation is found at reference temperature value. From minimum specific Gibbs function value, reference sample is selected and specific Gibbs function value for supramolecular structure formation for reference sample and for that being examined are compared.
