A formable laminated sheet (I) has a plastic core (A) with a thickness of 20-150 mu and outer layer(s) (B) with a thickness of 400-1600 mu consisting of formable Al alloy of the types AA 1xxx (pure Al), AA 3xxx (AlMn), AA 5xxx (AlMg), AA 6xxx (AlMgSi), AA 7xxx (AlZnMg) or AlFeSi. Also claimed is a process for the prodn. of (I) and structural parts contg.
