Procedure for programming an electrically removable, non-volatile memory in an electronic computer and control device for use in the process

The programming system for an electronic processor memory uses 2 different memory blocks (7,8) for programming a selected data block (3), used respectively as a security block and a notice block. The selected blocks are initially erased and the data in the data block is entered in the security block, before the previous contents of the data block are erased and the new data is entered in the data block. The notice block is programmed with the addresses of the new data entered in the data block, before the data in the security block is used re-entered in the data block at the addresses which are not identified as holding new data.
