Heat-curable silicone-adhesive complex has adjustable interface release force. The complex comprises at least one silicone coating applied onto first support and adhesive coating applied onto second support and has adjustable force of release of silicone/adhesive interface. Silicone coating is obtained by polymerization and/or thermal crosslinking (curing) of either monomers, oligomers and/or polymers containing at least one reactive Si-H group and/or polymers with at least one aliphatic unsaturated reactive group; or monomers, oligomers and/or polymers containing at least one reactive Si-H group and/or monomers, oligomers and/or polymers containing at least one reactive Si-H group; or monomers, oligomers and/or polymers containing at least one reactive Si-H group and/or monomers, oligomers and/or polymers containing at least one epoxy, oxetane, and/or dioxolane reactive groups, and it additionally contains at least one additive (preferably in amount 0.1-20 wt.% per total wt. of silicone mixture) regulating the silicone/adhesive interface release force, with activity initiated and adjustable photochemically (by exposing at least silicone/adhesive interface to UV irradiation). Silicone coating may also contain a catalyst of type of thermo-sensitive Pt complex, and inhibitor. First and second support can be in form of two distinct separate entities, disposed in such way that silicone coating of first support is in contact with adhesive coating of second support; or the supports are, respectively, in form of two faces of one entity. Adhesive coating is derived from pressure-sensitive adhesive emulsion derived in turn from acrylic polymers. Independent claims are also included for: (1) articles comprising silicone/adhesive complex as claimed, e.g. sticky labels, self-adhesive notepads, adhesive tape; and (2) use of additive as claimed to silicone coating, to modulate release force of silicone/adhesive interface, using photochemical activation.
