The controller, designed to provide various flow modes, consists of an outlet assembly (1) containing a rotary by-pass bush (2) with a series of holes (23) communicating with passages (231, 241, 251) which are linked in turn to passages and holes (32) in an inner coupling bush (3), an outlet bush (4) and a regulating bush (46). Rotation of the by-pass bush or adjustment of a regulator nozzle (47) and regulating bush changes the output flow mode.
