The horizontal axis, multi-blade wind turbine is fitted with a series of deflectors and devices (6, 7, 12, 14), designed to improve the vacuum, downstream of the turbine blades. The turbine and devices are encased within two rectangular and parallel plates (8, 9), which have semi-circular deflectors (10, 11) fitted to the downstream edges.
