The wind power plant has a wind turbine that is mounted to the rotor shaft. The rotor shaft is connected with generating unit (2) and a transducer for electrical current or other form of energy. The repeller (1) is arranged vertically with respect to rotor shaft. The wind deflection plates (3) are arranged above wind turbine so as to deflect horizontal wind flow (6) in a vertically downward toward the wind turbine air flow (7). A flow derivative ring is provided in repeller and made up of metal, timber, plastic and film.
