PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a third person from performing an illegal security release operation by designating 2nd data from prescribed data on the basis of a prescribed generated random number when deciding that a 1st input exists, deciding the existence/absence of 2nd data input to a security state switching means and controlling a security state. ;SOLUTION: A device first decides whether 1st data is inputted. That is, the inputted 1st data are compared with corresponding data preliminarily stored in a storing part 11, and when they are the same, the device decides that the data is inputted. Next, when a controlling part 6 decides that the data coincide with each other in comparison decision, the part 6 selects specified data as 2nd data from a plurality of pieces of data which are made to correspond to individual identification information included in the 1st data and are stored in the part 11 on the basis of the random number obtained from a random number generating part 10. Subsequently, an input request for the 2nd data is notified from a displaying part 5 or a sound outputting part 8. Then, when the part 6 decides that the 2nd data is inputted within an input allowable time, the security state is released.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
