The present invention relates to a cell line stably expressing a large number of human cytochrome P450. The cultured cell lines derived from human liver of this invention are useful for analysis of enzymes involved in xenobiotics and endogenous substrate metabolism, because human cytochrome P450 CYP1A1, 1A2, 2A6, 2b6, 2c8, 2C9, 2c19, 2d6, 2E1 and 3A4 are stably expressed.
