(57) I described a new technology that can be used to build a fast and efficient composite cDNA library [summary] culture derived from eukaryotic cells. Is intended to utilize the biology of eukaryotic cells, with the use of a transgene construct inserted non-specifically into the genome, this technique to be expressed as a fusion transcripts nuclear gene. The present invention is one capable of specifically subcloned into cDNA library with high complexity of the fusion transcript. The library is capable of being characterized readily by molecular analysis techniques such as hybridization, to construct a sequence database of cell-derived portion of the fusion transcript by direct sequencing individual clones.
