PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic business mediating question-answer transactions using the Internet.;SOLUTION: The electronic business includes mediation server providing a database equipped with such functions as registration and disclosure of latent answerers and their classification and progressing of the task, receiving the question of a questioner, transferring the question to latent answerers, receiving the answer, synopsis and price therefor from the answerer, transferring the answer synopsis and price to the questioner, transferring the answer to the questioner and concluding the transaction, anonymous negotiation about the price, and indirect communication between two parties and self-insertion of one's status and method of communication, whereby the questioner submits his question through the agency server while the answerer submits his answer to the question.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
