PURPOSE: A method for the EC(Electric Commerce) of an on-line total building business for providing the specialized construction consulting using a transaction relation between an off-line customer and a building businessman based on the Internet is provided to make the building businessman take an opportunity for maintaining the building construction at a reasonable price and to make the customer realize the building construction at the most proper and low price. CONSTITUTION: The customer, a cooperating company, a franchised store and a university carries out the member registration(110,310,410,510). The building construction information requested by the customer is databased by receiving and collecting an on-line construction request. The construction fit to each customer is given to the franchise stores by transmitting the database to the franchise stores(420). The franchise stores receiving the construction offer the construction fit to the needs of the customer and the consulting information(320), and receive the construction money(130). The manpower necessary for the construction is secured by constructing the manpower database through the employment of the specialized professors and students.
