Manufacturing method of self-filling concrete

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a self-packing concrete high in strength and low in cost. SOLUTION: In a concrete composition, a Portland cement, a fine aggregate, a coarse aggregate, a high performance water reducing agent and water are incorporated. In this case, a fine powder of a half-melted incinerated ash of a sewage sludge and a city waste is used as a part of a binding material. A formulation ratio of the fine powder of the half melted incinerated ash is 10-60wt.% of the binding material consisting of the fine powder and the Portland cement. A ratio of the water to the binding material (W/P) is 25-35%.
