PURPOSE: To provide a diagnosing system in which an opening of a damper can be suitably judged in an absorption type chilled and warm water machine in which the number of revolutions of an absorbent liquid pump is automatically controlled in response to a regenerating temperature and a coolant temperature and a damper is disposed at an outlet of the pump. ;CONSTITUTION: A refrigerating load calculator 91 calculates a present value Lc of a refrigerating load based on a chilled water inlet temperature, a chilled water outlet temperature and chilled water flow rate fed from a sensor group 8. An inverter frequency characteristics storage unit 92 stores inverter frequency characteristics as a functional equation, and calculates a suitable value Finv n of an inverter frequency based on the load Lc and a coolant inlet temperature Tco in. A comparator 93 compares in amplitude the value Finv n with a present value Finv of the frequency, forms diagnosis data D representing propriety of a damper opening and outputs it.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
