PURPOSE: To facilitate carrying out or the like of construction materials and excavated soil in each stairway by providing hoist rails under the beams of respective stairways, forming opening parts for bringing down of loads, and elevatably hanging an elevatable rail from a winding mechanism provided laterally movably on an upper rail. ;CONSTITUTION: When material handling is performed between the first floor and the third floor of a building, an upper rail 1 is arranged under the beam B of the third floor, lower rails 2 are respectively arrangerd under the beams B of respective lower floors, and one opening 3 for bringing down of loads is formed on each floor. A laterally traveling winding mechanism 5 on which an elevatable rail 7 is elevatably hang and provided with a laterally driving mechanism, is runnably mounted on the uppr rail 1, and horizontally moved between a truck unloading place 4 where a material transport truck T is stopped and the opening part 3. A traveling trolley 8 is mounted runnably in the horizontal direction on the lower end of the elevatable rail 7, and the elevatable rail 7 is guided by an elevator guide 10 provided on the opening edge of the opening part 3 when it makes any elenate operation.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
