PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tailored blank material adaptable for a forming- refractory material against parts necessary for a higher strength and formability by welding an easily formable plate to a flange section which is trimmed off after forming by laser welding or the like for adapting a material having difficulties in deep drawing or the like such as a high tensile steel plate, a titanium plate, etc., for a harder forming shape.;SOLUTION: The favorably formable tailered blank material is characterized in that a favorably formable plate having the same thickness or a favorably formable plate with respect to the differensial thickness as compared with the material strength and the plate thickness required for the finished parts, is mixed by a specified ratio in the flange section to be trimmed off, and further, after forming, connected by the laser welding or the like.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
