(57) Abstract This invention raises the maturity and stability of the fruit, regards the manner which can delay the aging of the fruit and other plant system. This manner, lithography phosphatidyl ethanolamine (the 18:1) (below, LPE (the 18:1) with says) or the lithography phosphatidyl inositol (below, calls LPI) consists of the fact that the effective tonnage it applies the lithography phospholipid the way vis-a-vis the fruit and other plant system. LPE (the 18:1) and as for the lithography phospholipid like LPI, the other lithography phospholipid compared to being superior in the dot of inhibition of the phospholipase D which is the principal enzyme which mediates the film degradation which is in the midst of delaying and plant aging of aging was ascertained. LPE (the 18:1) and LPI exists naturally, with respect to environment it is safe. As for the aforementioned lithography phospholipid, it is possible to reach because aging of the flower, the fruit and the lobe can be delayed and presently to be used in order to raise the maturity of the fruit and to use in place of the poisonous chemical compound with respect to many environments.
