PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge transfer compound or the like having a hydrazone-bridged heterocyclic group linked through a central bridge group.;SOLUTION: This charge transfer compound is shown by the formula: (R-Q)n-Y [R is selected from the group consisting of julolidine ring group, carbazole ring group and triarylmethane ring group; Q includes an aromatic hydrazone linkage group; Y includes a bridge group between R-Q groups and is selected from a chemical bond, carbon atom, nitrogen atom, oxygen atom, sulfur atom and methylene group; Z is a 6-20C aryl group; X is (CH2)m as a linkage group, wherein at least one methylene group is selectively substituted with oxygen atom, carbonyl group, urethane group, urea group, ester group, -NR6 group, CHR7 group or CR8R9 group, and R6, R7, R8 and R9 are each H, a 1-20C alkyl or 6-20C aryl].;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
