PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fireproof/smoke-proof shutter wherein both of the facility for passing at an evacuation door and the shielding function required for a fireproof/smoke-proof shutter are satisfied.;SOLUTION: A door 3 of a fire-resistant sheet is provided on a shutter curtain 1 comprising fire-resistant sheets 2a and 2b. A thin and long cover 17 comprising a fire-resistant sheet is provided on a superposed section 6. The superposed section 6 is formed of the side end section 3b of the door 3 and the side end section 2d of the shutter curtain 1 which is adjacent to the side end section 3b of the door 3.
