PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new angiostatin-converting enzyme, a microorganism producing the enzyme, a method for producing the enzyme, and the application as an activating agent of the enzyme.;SOLUTION: The producing microorganism is Bacillus megaterium A9542 strain (accession number: FERM P-18268).
