PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inquire for and output emergency activity information from an optional client and to register the emergency activity information from a plurality of office clients in regard to the same emergency case. SOLUTION: Case information about an emergency activity case is made to correspond to activity information about the emergency activity in the case to be the emergency activity information, and the emergency activity information is transmitted from an office client to a network. A head office server receives the emergency activity information transmitted from the office client and registers the emergency activity information in a database. A 1st office client transmits the case information about the emergency activity case to the network, a 2nd office client also transmits the activity information about the emergency activity in the case to the network, and the head office server receives these case information and activity information, makes these pieces of information correspond to each other and registers these pieces of information as the emergency activity information in the database.
