PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a double-sided copper-clad laminate excellent in productivity and adhesion by which the occurrence of bubbles can be prevented.;SOLUTION: This method for producing the double-sided copper-clad laminate comprises forming an adhesive layer 2 on one surface of an insulating film 1 with an adhesive composition comprising the following components (A) to (D), laminating a metal foil 3 onto the surface of the adhesive layer 2, then forming an adhesive layer 4 on the other surface of the insulating film 1 with the above adhesive composition, laminating a metal foil 5 onto the surface of the adhesive layer 4, subsequently heating the resultant laminate, curing the adhesive layers 2 and 4 and thereby respectively bonding the metal foils 3 and 5 onto the one surface and the other surface of the insulating film 1. (A) an epoxy resin, (B) a carboxyl group-containing acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, (C) a curing agent and (D) a curing accelerator prepared by mixing (D1) an imidazole-based derivative with (D2) an aromatic carboxylic acid.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
