PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To objectively find the static characteristic constant of the load voltage characteristic of transmission lines or an electric house without installing a measuring device on the basis of real measured data derived from the data of the measuring device.;SOLUTION: In a method for collecting time serial data obtained at the time of occurrence of failure from the measuring device, deriving the static characteristic constant of the load voltage characteristic from the data and estimating the static characteristic constant (thereafter, referred to as an estimation static characteristic constant) of the transmission lines or the electric house without installing the measuring device from the derived static characteristic constant (thereafter, referred to as real measured data), the ratio data of industry, commerce and dwelling being an electric power constitution ratio are collected every transmission line, temperature data corresponding to each real measured data are collected, the estimation static characteristic constant is expressed by a model equation composed by the electric power constitution ratio of the power classified static characteristic constant having the temperature, each constant of the model equation is found by the least square method by using the real measured data, the temperature data and the power constitution ratio, the power classified static characteristic constant is calculated from each obtained constant, and the power classified ratio data of the transmission lines or the electric house without installing the measuring device and the calculated power classified static characteristic constant are substituted for the model equation to find the estimation static characteristic constant.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
