PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing N,N-disubstituted-4- aminocrotonic acid ester effectively on an industrial scale.;SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing N,N-disubstituted-4-aminocrotonic acid ester comprises the reaction of 4-substituted oxycrotonic acid ester of formula (1) (wherein, R1 is an organic group; and G is a substituted oxycarbonyl group, acyl group or alkylsulfonyl group) with a secondary amine of formula (2) (wherein, R2 and R3 are each identical to or different from each other, and are each a hydrocarbon group, or they bond to each other and form a ring together with adjacent nitrogen atom) with the result of obtaining a compound of formula (3) (wherein, R1, R2 and R3 are same as described in the above formulae).
