PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valuable value imparting system and a valuable value imparting device which impart a valuable value being usable for a game by a game machine to a recording medium.;SOLUTION: A renting out device 13 demands that a specified valuable value is imparted to a card C conforming to the instruction of a user, to an administering device 11. The administering device 11 performs the settlement for the amount of the valuable value which should be imparted to the card C with a banking system 2 using the bank account of the user. When the settlement is completed, the valuable value information regarding the valuable value in response to the settled amount is stored in a proper memory region.
