PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to easily use a plurality of pieces of valuable information as a total balance without causing a burden on a cost aspect, an operation aspect, and a security aspect to a store, a vender, and a manager.;SOLUTION: An IC (Integrated Circuit) card stores a transaction money amount and a latest balance in each management subject, and stores management information for specifying a latest transaction subject and a total balance amount obtained by totaling a balance amount of each management subject. A transaction terminal reads the management information when receiving a transaction request, reads the residual balance amount according with the management subject and the total balance amount when it is decided that they do not accord, stores the residual balance amount of the same money amount as the total residual balance amount and the transaction money amount after executing a transaction assuming that a transaction filling a difference between the total residual balance amount and the residual balance amount is executed, reads the residual balance amount, and executes the transaction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
