PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the magnitude of the excitation force of a vibration exciter to contain a moving eccentric weight and a fixed eccentric weight in a casing as operation of the exciter is continued and besides to facilitate maintenance of the regulation mechanism part thereof and to perform exchange of an assembly. ;SOLUTION: A double shaft 45 is provided to be composed of an outer pipe 45a and an inner shaft 45b to which moving and fixed eccentric weights 49 and 47, respectively, are attached, and the double shaft 45 is protruded in a state to extend to the outside of a casing 43. A means to relatively rotate the outer pipe 45a and the inner shaft 45b is arranged in a spot where the double shaft 45 is protruded to the outside of the casing 43. In this case, helical grooves 54 and 55, the twist directions of which are reverse to each other, are provided. A cylindrical member 56 having slip parts fitted in the respective helical grooves is provided to rotate an outer pipe 45a and an inner shaft 45b of the double shaft 45.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
