PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knotless suture fixing device and system dispensing with making a suture knot in an operated region, facilitating and quickening disposition, requiring a small number of tools for disposition, and having satisfactory absorbing ability. SOLUTION: This system for connecting tissue to a bone is provided with a suture fixing device having a longitudinal axis, a first front end part and a second rear end part, wherein the second end part has a flared part making the suture fixing device asymmetric within a plane including the longitudinal axis, a first loop of a suture fitted to the suture fixing device, a second loop of suture fitted to the first loop and mutually interlocking with the first loop, and a sutural needle.
