PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of having no proper technique except comparing and examining a change in an index by trial and error by arranging a graph in time series for obtaining knowledge on specific behavior of a system since gathered index data itself is conventionally gathered with the occurrence of an event as a trigger. SOLUTION: This device has a plurality of production means of a production line including the plurality of production means discretely acting on a production object, a monitoring data acquiring part 103 for collectively and synchronously acquiring data for indicating a state of the production object in the respective means in the prescribed timing, a monitoring data temporary storage part 102 for temporarily storing the acquired data and/or data successively generated from these data, a monitoring data processing part 104 for processing the acquired data and the temporarily stored data, and a data analyzing part 108 for analyzing the processed data by a data mining technique.
