PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that electronic commerce using the Internet can not be used for 'money accompanying ceremonial occasions' such as congratulatory gifts and gifts in mournful occasions and the problem that participants or viewers can not make choice of a charge/free of charge and determine an amount by themselves when charged for participation or viewing using a live or video broadcast using the Internet.;SOLUTION: A password is distributed to a participant in advance and the participant can view an Internet broadcast by inputting the password and move to a picture where electronic commerce is possible by using the same password; and the participant or viewer is enabled to select an amount to be paid out of multiple amount settings and pay a charge for participation in ceremonial occasions or a viewing charge as 'money accompanying ceremonial occasions'.
