PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively produce a sturdy lunch box, to effectively recycle used plastic simply, easily and economically to be used as a plastic material, and to prevent the lunch box from becoming hot when its contents are heated. SOLUTION: This lunch box comprises an inner case 2 and an outer box 1 to be collected. The inner case 2 is made of a plastic, and is formed in a box shape having an open upper part sealed with a translucent of a plastic film 5. The outer box 1 is box shaped to hold the case 2 inside, and is made of a thicker plastic than the case 2. The case 2 is detachably placed in the box 1. In this case, the inner case 2 can be separated from the outer box 1 after the contents are consumed for disposing only the case 2 and for collecting the outer box 1 to be reused as a plastic material.
