PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new cuttlefish processed food having made the best use of both the flavor and palate feeling peculiar to cuttlefish, to provide an unconventionally new cereal-sheet-wrapped food, and to provide respective methods for producing these foods. SOLUTION: This cuttlefish processed food 1 subjected to heat processing comprises a cuttlefish body 2 cut and formed to a desired form and a cereal sheet 3 with which the cuttlefish body 2 is wrapped. The other objective cereal- sheet-wrapped food 30 also subjected to heat processing comprises a soft viscous palate feeling-imparting layer 31, an ingredient-constitutive food material 32 put on one side of the layer 31, and a cereal sheet 33 formed on the other side of the layer 31 and having wrapped both the layer 31 and the food material 32.
