PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device of parallel processing type for general-purpose debug for multitask system by which a debugging function (information collection) is given priority over all kernel processing, a kernel itself and a device driver can be debugged and continuously operable debugging is realized and to provide also a storage medium with a multitask system parallel processing type general debugging program stored therein. SOLUTION: An interruption handler having a traveling level of the highest priority on a system is started at a brake point of a program to be debugged and the contents of a memory and a register necessary for debugging are collected in a system traveling environment.
