When a terminal device 2 on a consultor side specifies a specialized field, the layer presenting system 1 searches a lawyer of the specialized field from the lawyer database 12, and supplies a search result to the terminal device 2 on the consultor side. The schedule managing means 14 manages a lawyer available for the legal consultation in each specialized field and a period of time when the lawyer can accept the consultation.
