PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide small-sized hydraulic power generating equipment suppressing a detent torque between a rotor magnet and polar teeth to low so as to efficiently generate power by a little running water and having a constitution of reducing the loss of a magnetic flux, which is effective for the power generation. SOLUTION: This small-sized hydraulic power generating equipment is provided with a body case 1 having a fluid passage and a hydraulic turbine 3 disposed in the fluid passage and rotating with passing of a prescribed flow rate of fluid, also has a rotor part having a rotating element 4, which is connected to the hydraulic turbine 3 and rotated with the hydraulic turbine 3, disposed oppositely to a stator part 6, and generates power by relatively rotating the rotor part. This generator is characterized in that the stator part 6 is provided with the comblike polar teeth 61a and 62a circumferentially disposed at equal intervals opposite to the outer circumferential face of a rotor magnet Mg of the rotor part and the circumferential clearance between adjoining polar teeth is set to 1.5 times or less of a diametrical clearance between the respective teeth 61a and 62a and the rotor magnet Mg.
