PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonmagnetic single-component developing toner, which has sufficient durability and strength as a nonmagnetic single-component toner, which melts at a rather low temperature during fixing, which forms a uniform layer after fixing and has high sharpness and superior transparency, while keeping the excellent characteristics of a nonmagnetic single component developing toner such that the device as a whole can be downsized and has superior maintenance property or the like. SOLUTION: The nonmagnetic single-component developing color toner contains a binder resin and a coloring agent. The binder resin consists of two kinds of polyester resins, having different softening points with the difference in the softening points in the range of =2 deg.C and 10 deg.C. The softening point of the above nonmagnetic single-component toner ranges 90 to 120 deg.C.
