PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of a conventional manufacturing system such as considerable time and work required to develop, manufacture and sell a product which meets customers' needs, physical distribution to deliver the product to customers and a required space in the case the product is temporarily stored. SOLUTION: The manufacturing system by means of a microfactory and the manufacturing method having a manufacturing procedure therefor, which system comprises the desktop microfactory including a plurality of machines driven according to a prescribed program, a server to drive the machines of the microfactory according to the prescribed manufacturing procedure and a communication line connecting the microfactory to the server.
