PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain colored Chinese meat dumpling with a unique device unlike conventional Chinese meat dumpling through having found a method for producing variously colored Chinese meat dumpling through directly coloring the cover dough thereof, as a result of paying attention to that the cover dough still has only a white color of white flour itself, compared to Chinese meat dumpling ingredients which have been conventionally variously devised.;SOLUTION: This colored Chinese meat dumpling is obtained by adding a colored natural food material to cover dough constituting of Chinese meat dumpling cover, and using the colored cover showing color development besides white. The subject method comprises adding a colored natural food material to white flour followed by kneading the resultant flour with added water, producing colored cover dough color-developed besides white through coloring the color based on the food material color, and wrapping variously cooked ingredients with the colored cover made through thinly spreading the breakdown with appropriate quantity from the resultant colored dough to make a shape of Chinese meat dumpling.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
