RAW JIAOZI (CHINESE MEAT DUMPLING), AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such raw jiaozi that: although hydro-jiaozi's wrapping is thick and rich in moisture, in the case of this raw jiaozi's wrapping, the joint causes neither hardening nor getting out of shape even if boiled, and having a stable surface, thus arrangeable properly in a container box; and to provide an automatic production machine therefor.;SOLUTION: The raw jiaozi has an elliptic stable surface and a semicircular joint on the upper part in the major direction of the elliptic surface. In the jiaozi, while one side with the joint as boundary is plainly recessed surface, the other side is formed of a synthesized uneven surface, and there are ribs partitioning the synthesized uneven surface. The automatic production machine for the raw jiaozi is also provided, including: a wrapping-forming apparatus; a wrapping puncher; an ingredient feeder; a wrapping squeezer; and a raw jiaozi joint-forming apparatus.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
